Prerequisites
- Active XactAnalysis account with data transfer enabled
- Xactimate license (desktop or cloud version)
- AdjusterX account (free tier is sufficient to start)
- Carrier export authorization on file
Preparation
- Verify your XactAnalysis login credentials
- Confirm your carrier has approved export authorization
- Have your daily claim assignment list ready for initial import
- Modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari)

Get Connected in Minutes
Follow these steps to connect your Verisk tools with Adjuster X and start optimizing your workflow.
+ XactAnalysisCreate Your AdjusterX Account
Visit adjusterx.com and sign up for a free Route X Pro account. Complete your profile with your adjusting credentials and service area.
Connect to XactAnalysis
Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Verisk. Enter your XactAnalysis credentials and authorize the connection. You will see a confirmation once linked.
Import Your Claims
Claims from XactAnalysis will appear in your Route X Pro dashboard. Select individual claims or batch import your entire daily schedule.
Optimize Your Route
Route X Pro automatically calculates the most efficient inspection route. Review the suggested order, adjust if needed, and hit the road.
Sync Status Updates
As you complete inspections, status updates and notes flow back to XactAnalysis automatically, keeping your claim file current.
+ XactimateAccess Sketch X Pro
From your AdjusterX dashboard, open a claim and select "Create Roof Diagram" to launch Sketch X Pro for that property.
Generate Measurements
Use Sketch X Pro's measurement tools to create your roof diagram, or import satellite-based measurements for faster documentation.
Export to Xactimate
Click "Export" and select the Xactimate format. Your diagram downloads as an ESX file, ready for import into your estimate.
Import into Xactimate
Open Xactimate, navigate to Sketch > Import, and select your Sketch X Pro file. Your measurements populate the estimate automatically.
